  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Guest’s use of Grateful AI Tech Private Limited's (Never Old) services, including booking travel packages, tours, activities, and other products offered through our website, mobile application, or by phone. By accessing or using our services, the Guest agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • Booking Process: To book a trip, the Guest will need to complete the booking process provided on our website or mobile application. During the booking process, the Guest may be requested to provide personal information. We request to provide this information in an accurate manner. 
  • Payment: the Guest are responsible for all charges associated with the Guest booking, including the trip price, any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. Payment methods and deadlines will be specified during the booking process.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, the Guest will receive a confirmation email or mobile notification with the Guest booking details.
  1. Changes and Cancellations
  • The Guest Changes: To modify the Guest booking details (dates, number of guests, etc.), please submit a modification request through our website or mobile app. Keep in mind that modifying the Guest booking details may incur additional fees.
  • Our Changes: While we strive to stick to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to special circumstances. We will make reasonable effort to inform the Guest promptly of any significant changes and offer alternative rescheduling options where possible. In case of cancellations initiated by us, the Guest may receive a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellation Charges: Refer to the cancellation policy provided separately.
  1. Travel Documents and Insurance
  • Required Documents: The Guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations, as required by the Guest destination. We recommend consulting with Grateful beforehand.
  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect the themself against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage. Grateful is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

 

  1. Liability and Responsibility
  1. Grateful acts as a travel agent and does not directly operate the services included in the Guests trip (transportation, accommodation, activities). We strive to work with reputable service providers, but we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from their services.
  2. Grateful is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the Guest or the Guest property during the Guests trip.
  3. The guests are responsible for behaving in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the Guest trip. We reserve the right to terminate the Guest participation if the Guest behavior is deemed disruptive or poses a safety risk to the them self or others.

The information and materials contained on our website or mobile application are provided on an "as is" basis and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
